Re: Telephone Line Fault
The surgery’s telephone lines will be going off on the afternoon of Wednesday 13th September.
This is a QUEST afternoon where the surgery will be closed.
However, please note on this QUEST afternoon, if you call the surgery you will not hear the usual message when the surgery is closed, this will be an unavailable tone.
This is so the Telephone Engineers can work on getting the fault fixed, causing as little disruption to our service as possible.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Care Quality Commission
The Practice was recently visited by the Care Quality Commission and their report was published on 15th June 2016.
