Citizens Advice at Inspire Health

Citizens Advice are holding outreach appointments at our Avenue House Surgery (Saltergate, Chesterfield) on Mondays, from 9am until midday.

These are 45 minute slots and can be booked by contacting Inspire Health, either by telephone or in reception.

Please note: if you require help filling in forms you will need to book 2 x 45 minute slots, as these can take a little longer to complete.

Citizens Advice
Weston Park Transport

Free Transport to Weston Park and Back.

Weston Park Cancer Charity are delighted to be able to expand their free bus service, which will help to reach so many more people who might otherwise struggle to get to appointments.

With pick-ups available from Chesterfield, the service runs

Monday to Friday, twice daily.

Our new patient check-in screens are designed to cut down the queues at reception and improve the speed of confirming you have arrived for your appointment. You can either enter your details on the check-in system screen, or use our innovative contactless QR code option.

Help from the IPG (Formerly PPG)

 

As a practice, we meet routinely with our Inspire Patient Group to discuss themes from patients and make improvements to our services. 

As our new appointment system has now been in place for a month, we met with the IPG to give us feedback from their list of patients registered with IPG on how the system is working.
